The food at this restaurant is subpar; if you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine, this is not the place to go. We've had better Thai food in Central Jersey. The Thai Village Platter, intended for two people, was overpriced and the portion size was disappointingly small. Additionally, the restaurant was crowded and understaffed. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience.

The food is like an average Thai place. The dishes are all pretty small (even the $18 appetizers (which is supposedly shareable)).
The add 20% tip of parties of 5 or more and so charge a 4% service charge for using credit cards.
They only had 2 employees on a Sat night and they were pretty nice, however service suffered for all the customers. On top of that they charged me 20% for bad service! The prices have gone up and then charge me all this extra is bit puzzling.

This place is excellent. The prices are reasonable unlike Amazing Thai. Lil Thai Pin is horrible, see my review.
Their wide egg noodles are amazingly soft. The owner gives great service and is kind. I had the braised beef flank noodle soup. I was chasing the flavors of Vietnamese pho, but this was a bit spicier with chili oil. Still, the noodles were amazing, and the beef was so tender and flavorful.
I also had the mixed vegetables dish, with added beef. This was also excellent with fresh veggies and soft beef. I wish it didn’t have excess brown gravy though. I was chasing the experience of Palms Thai on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, CA, which is amazing. This was close.
If you don’t want sweet, I would strongly recommend drunken noodles with beef. My tab came out to $28, $34 with tip. No drinks except water.
Update: i had the beef drunken noodles lunch special. Lunch special is only about $11, on weekdays only. Amazing, delicious dish. Great service. I wish they would post the lunch special menu.

Excellent service with great tasting food. One of the best pad thai places we've eaten in a while. The braised beef noodle soup is also very good. The beef was so tender and you get the option of flat noodles or regular noodles. I opted for the flat noodles which went very well with the beef.
We also ordered the lychee iced thai tea as well the regular thai tea. We didn't get to try the lychee thai tea as soon after it was brought out, they took it back saying the lychee wasn't good. They brought out a regular thai tea instead.
Plenty of seating for small or large group. They also have outdoor seating.
Overall, very happy with the food and service.

This quiet unassuming place is a must-visit! What you ask is what you get. Well cooked food, spice levels that serve almost everyone’s tolerance levels and sauces that add zing to the food.
What you shouldn’t miss:
1. Curry noodles (we ordered extra hot)
2. Thai Drunken Rice (liked it better over noodles). I think if they change the noodles type from Curry noodles, this could be a hit item too.
3. Coconut Shrimp.
