I was in NJ for business and looking for a good Italian spot nearby for lunch when I stumbled upon this gem. It's a small, unassuming mom-and-pop restaurant, but don't let the modest setup fool you—the food here is phenomenal!
The Stromboli was absolutely fantastic, almost melting in my mouth, and I also tried a slice of the white pizza, which was just as delightful. Everything was fresh, well-cooked, and bursting with flavor. The quality of the food far exceeded my expectations, especially given the reasonable prices.
This place truly delivers an authentic Italian food experience and is a must-try for anyone visiting Princeton. I'd rate it 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Highly recommended!
PS: I rated it 5 for the atmosphere as well. It is a simple place that serves great food and makes no other pretense.

Went here and got a cheese pizza to assess their basic pizza quality compared to other local pizzerias. We found the pizza to be lacking overall flavor in the crust, sauce, and cheese categories, although it was still somewhat decent. Caesar salad was suspicious and not fresh. Service is pretty slow and inattentive, while the ambiance is strange and almost eerie. Wouldn’t recommend given other pizzerias in the area.

I ordered a side of onion rings, mozzarella, cheese, sticks, and a meatball sub. The mozzarella sticks were enjoyable, though a tad saltie for my preference. While they were tasty, I’d recommend a lighter hand on the seasoning to cater to those who prefer less salt in their cheese product. Overall, I rate the cheese sticks as a 4.0. Moving on to the meatball sub, the medium size portion offers fantastic value at $5.25. The sandwich size was impressive, but I wish for a bit more sauce. The overall experience I would rate the sub as a 3.5, as the flavor was good, but the meatball could use a bit more seasoning. Now, on to the onion rings, priced at $3.95. The portion size is generous, as depicted in the picture. I did not eat right away up on delivery, and therefore the onion rings were soggy. After taking my first bite, I noticed there were no onions in the onion ring. See photos. Overall I would rate the onion rings at a 1.0
Despite the minor critiques, Casa Rosaria’s appears to be a good choice in Plainsboro, New Jersey area. Keep in mind that my taste preferences might differ, from outside the New Jersey culture because I am from Texas. It’s definitely worth a try if you find yourself in the vicinity.
I must add that their delivery process was very good and I will rate this as a 5.0.

New to area, second visit here in 2-3 weeks. Great service, great pizza, great chicken. Its your standard pizza restaraunt. There menú is filled with standard pizza and Italian dishes but I've only gotten the pizza and this time Mild chicken tenders. Pizza was hot, fresh(didn't taste like stale or old ingredients). The chicken was delicious overall but the mild sauce is REALLY mild. If you want even a hint of spice, don't get the mild. I love spicy food so that's my only mistake. Otherwise the gentleman at the counter is always great to talk to, patient and provides wonderful service. If you're in the Plainsboro area and want good pizza, at good prices, definitely check them out.
