I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts location in New Jersey, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The egg and cheese sandwiches were simply the best I've ever had – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The coffee was outstanding too, just the right kick to start my day.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members. A lovely lady named Jaimini went above and beyond to help me save money. She took the time to guide me through the available offers and deals, ensuring I got the best value for my purchase. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is definitely a gem, with great food, excellent coffee, and top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!

If you're looking to get some coffee or breakfast for the morning, this Dunkin Donuts is satisfactory!
The food is sometimes a hit or miss with the coffee but it usually tastes great! Service does take about a few minutes, but it's worth it in the end. Their atmosphere isn't the best, but it's also not the worst and I'd lean on the more positive side for the atmosphere.
To summarize, if you like coffee and are willing to spend $5 for it, try Dunkin!

The Dunking on rt130.on crambury sold me a regular, hot coffee that was too bitter and too hot. Surprising because they usually do a lot of business here and it seemed to be coffee that was sitting too long. Plus there were several other people in the drive thru. Never drank the coffee after 2 sips. Hoping they'll replace it my next visit.

Worst experience ever at this DD on 130 Cranbury, Went to the drive through on 3-1-25 at 9 am , morning break at work . Asked for a coffee with half and half and a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Got my breakfast and gave the guy at the window a $1 tip . As I was on my way back to work in my car grabbed my coffee to take a drink when the lid popped open and couldn’t believe my eyes , the coffee was steaming hot with no half and half inside,it was completely black . I was extremely lucky I didn’t get burnt with this . I then turned my car back around to go inside to the Dunkin Donuts, I walked up to the counter to explain to the young lady who was at the counter what happened and how dangerous it was to give a customer hot coffee like that , she replied o she thought you asked for decaf ! She then made me a new cup of coffee and handed it to me like nothing wrong had happened ! She never said sorry about the inconvenience or never apologized for what had happened ! I brought it to her attention that she never even apologized about the situation and she then replied I’m with a customer. I replied I am a customer she treated me like I was a robot not a human being ! I ask her is this how you treat customers, she couldn’t even answer me . I then asked to talk to the Manager and she replied I am the manager, At that point I has to just walk out and get in my car I had already wasted my break time on this matter talking to one of the most rude people I have ever come across in my life . If the world was ending and they were the only Dunkin Donuts left on this earth I wouldn’t go back to them that’s how bad the so called management is at this establishment. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

We tried to place an order for the next three days and they wouldn’t accept it. They said it’s a big order and that they don’t accept a big orders.
It seems like they don’t understand business or customer service don’t go there. There are several other ones to go to.
Stay away poor customer services
Also paid for five boxes of Joe only received four as the person who seem to be in charge was arguing with me about adding two orders for Wednesday and Thursday
