Wow, what great food and great service! The people who run this place are on top of their game. Everything we had was delicious! And the baklava in the end was divine! The best I’ve ever had, and I travel the world. When we were there it was packed, and there was a very loud group who echoed through the whole place so if you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner this may be a hit or miss.

I had a wonderful lunch here with my family. Every dish we ordered was fantastic, and the tea and coffee exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re craving Mediterranean food!

Had no problems getting seated or being served like other reviews had mentioned. Food was timely and service was smooth, luckily the restaurant was mostly empty. The food itself was quite delicious! I enjoyed the lamb kabob the most which was juicy and tender. The only downside is that the food was a bit pricier than expected.

Very cozy atmosphere and great portions of delicious Turkish food right on Nassau Street! I ordered the gyro doner entree and thought it was especially good when I poured some of the sauce that comes with the bread on it. And the service was very quick! I would come back.

We ordered catering from Efes Mediterranean for a gathering of about 20 people, spending around $300. The food itself was great—flavorful and well-prepared, which is why I’m giving 3 stars.
However, the experience was disappointing when it came to the service. Despite specifically requesting extra sauces (and knowing that they charge extra for them), none were included in the order. I had to leave my guests to go back and get sauce, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, the woman who took the order didn’t offer an apology. Instead, she gave me instructions on how I should have ordered next time—something that came off as dismissive and rude, rather than helpful.
Overall, while the food was a hit, the lack of care in service and attitude really took away from the experience. Good food only goes so far when customer service falls short.
