I feel quite bad giving such a low rating because the service was lovely, but the food really didn't appeal to my dining companion and I. We left after the appetizers.
My companion ordered their appetizer special. The sausage could have done with some sauce, since it's naturally dry. I like that there's a bit of spice in it, and found it tasted better with some added freshly ground pepper. I think the spinach could have been blanched a tad more, as it was still somewhat bitter. The cheese and peppers were standard. Overall, some extra glaze or sauce for extra flavor would have been great.
The truffle gnocchi appetizer which I ordered was fairly standard and had the minimum amount of sauce. It was good, but not great.
For the mains, I'm afraid there just wasn't anything that really spoke to us. That may very well be our own pickiness, but the mains selection just felt rather boring for a sit-down restaurant. Some of the sandwiches could do for a quick lunch, but this is meant to be a proper restaurant rather than a cafe.
The atmosphere was nice, and the service was lovely - our servers were very friendly and attentive - but unfortunately, the food just didn't cut it.

Authentic Italian Delight!
La Mezzaluna is a hidden gem for Italian cuisine! From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious—every dish is bursting with authentic flavors. I highly recommend the Mix Green Salad, Cannelloni Vegetariani Pasta, Pappardelle Al Pesto pasta(without meat) cooked to perfection. Their season fruit flambé is a must-try for dessert!
Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch food—I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍝🍷

I’ve always wanted to try authentic Italian food, and let’s just say this place did not check off the boxes for it. we ordered a ribeye steak ($45) and the linguini marechiaro ($36), the portion size is great, but the taste was not there. There was nothing special about the steak except the staggering $45 price tag, and the linguini did not live up to expectations especially for the price point. The dine in experience felt very cramped and not comfortable. For the price that we paid, we expected much more. Lesson learned — expensive does not mean good.

Came on a Thursday night around 6 and the place is so well run by a female/male duo. We had a broken glass and it was taken care of immediately. I can tell they are busy but the pace and attention we received was amazing. Food was delightful and we brought a bottle of wine.
For dessert we had a flambé of berries and hazelnut gelato which was not only fun to watch it was delicious

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. The restaurant is bustling, and I had a bit of an issue with some loud tables around us. The food was good and I really enjoyed my chicken Marsala. Highlight of the meal was the dessert, a fresh berry flambe prepared tableside. Entrees were pricey and not "next level" though they were definitely good. Staff was wonderful, particularly our waiter who also prepared the flambe flawlessly!
