Placed a mobile order for drive through for 5 shakes and when I pulled up and gave my code , still had me park in a "mobile" spot and wait an additional 10 minutes , if I wanted to do mobile curbside I would have picked that option

Terrible Drive thru experience! The customer service is very very poor. I wish i could zero points. Despite collecting the order at the speaker, the cashier still cant process the payment and in addition, they take 15-20 mins for each vehicle to deliver their food. It was raining and they took a lot of time for vehicles ahead of me. When my turn came, they gave semi cooked meal. Above all, the manager was busy going around with register and counting cash as oppose to serving customers. This kind of behavior speaks volume of the store and its approach towards their customers. Will never go there again!

I used to like going to this McDonald's, but lately they've been really slipping. The food has been less than quality, and they keep shorting things. The other day they barely put ice cream on the cone I bought and today they didn't even fill my iced latte fully...

The place is great The food is always fresh The line moves along really quick for both inside and drive through. The inside is always clean and The plaza where the McDonald's is located it's in a perfect place.

For fast food you always have to wait in a spot for them to bring out. Lately it seems as if no one really speaks English or they do not fully understand you and mess something up.
