Nomad tries to be a modern hip dining spot for the Princeton crowd, while offering high quality pies for the demanding pizza folks. Succeeds more with the former. Dining area was well lit with the shiny metallic feel and very large windows. Tables somewhat close together but comfortable atmosphere even with busy dinner crowd. Service was friendly and enthusiastic from the Gen Z staff. Pizza offers chewy crust and unremarkable sauce and ordinary cheese. Organic brand name black tea if you like.

I love Nomads! The pizzas are fresh and made with the best ingredients. The Nutella pizza is delicious and a great dessert after having a pie or salad. I would recommend Nomads highly for a quick grab or a nice sit down. If you are in the Princeton area and love pizza, you must try Nomads!

Scheduled a quick Diwali Diner at Nomad Pizza. Great local family pizza and fresh salads. We had a group of six adults and two kids.
We started with two salads:
1. Daily special salad of beets, carrots, and potatoes - grilled to prefection with goat cheese, micro greens, and vinegarette with garlic. 4.5/5.
2. Fresh Buratta cheese with grilled red pepper and cherry tomatos. 4/5.
Pizzas:
Margherita Pizza - 5/5 - ordered two.
Mariana - 5/5
Sassy Vegan - 5/5 - nice kick with chilies.
Shiitake Mushroom 4/5. Need more mushrooms and less onions.
Specialty daily pizza - Ciao de pepe - 5/5.
Drinks - Hot Apple Cider - amazing - 5/5.
Dessert: Tiramisu - homemade and fresh. 5/5...
Great family place. Great service.

We, a team of about 15 people, went there for a friend's birthday in March, 2024. Parking is plentiful and we had a reservation---so we did not have to wait. We ordered several pizzas. The ambiance is great. The service is nice. The menu is quite fascinating as their pizzas are somewhat unique. Some of us are vegetarians and they had plenty of vegetarian options. They have gluten-free options though we did not order any such. We liked the taste of the pizzas that we ordered. Kids were very happy. Would happily go there again.

Sat outdoors on a lovely fall day. The salad of apple, walnut, blue cheese and greens was very fresh and well presented. Our pizzas were spot on. The Neapolitan style is a favorite, and the crust had char but also chew. The soppresatta was excellent. My wife got a mushroom and onion (no tomato sauce) that had a great garlic butter quality along with the fresh veggies. Really enjoyed these pizzas and will definitely come back.
