Pancheros @ Hamilton - excellent customer service always and yesterday a food delivery service assigned a driver who had some issue with delivering our food after picking it up but Pancheros remade our order for us free of charge due to the situation. Talk about ensuring a great customer experience with things out of your control. Highly recommend!

Update after going in months later (12/24). The owner was very kind and respectful. They now accept card which is very convenient.
I’ve contacted Pancheros corporate asking them to contact me to discuss what I have witnessed here, but all they did was send me an automated email thanking me for reaching out.
This place would be booming if it wasn’t for the owners. The food is good, and it’s in a wonderful location. I am very certain that the reason this place is usually empty is because of the owners mentality and lack of respect.
The owners are extremely hateful to both customers and their own employees. There are 2 employees who do everything, while the husband and wife only come in occasionally. They refuse to let you pay with a card, and insist you pay with cash or on the app. The husband yelled at me when I asked for his name and store number , which he refused to give me.
They are stingy, and water their queso down. It cost extra to put rice on a salad. I think they are just crooks.
It takes a lot to tick my husband off but after they swiped 2 of our cards and then said they needed a card with no chip, and making my husband download the app just to pay online -he is fed up. This is their tactic to now have credit card fees . We tried this place over 6 months later and it was all the same tactics.
Pancheros will not receive my business until there are new owners

This is THE worst chain of Pancheros that I have ever encountered. Now I must say it was very clean from what I saw in front of me, but the food was terrible. They had curry spices in the food. Now I love curry but not in my Mexican cuisine. East Indians run this location, and I'm not sure they have grasped the concept of Mexican cuisine. The portions were VERY small, and I felt robbed after spending $84. My children and I ate in the restaurant, and the lady that served us was very stingy with the napkins, which they kept behind the register. I will definitely not be returning to this location. They have some work to do. They should get some cooks in there that are from the culture because curry does not EVER belong in Mexican cuisine. I also want to add that the Queso dip was very watery. It appears they added water to stretch it out. Tacky! They have several locations throughout New Jersey, save yourself the horror, and find a different location to patronize.

The boss here was such a good guy and so respectful as always, the workers are always so nice and today the boss helped me and my friend receive points for a free burrito! He was so helpful and this is why I remain a loyal customer.

I have been coming to this establishment for many years and have always enjoyed the food and the customer service. The management team has always treated me well and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent and always enjoy my time here.
