Decent Panera Bread location. The staff was very helpful despite it being very busy. They keep the store clean and the bread bowls are awesome. They have some outside seating and as well as decent seating indoors.
Not the best Panera I've been to and I've been to many. Maybe because it's so busy but it doesn't have the same polite customer service feel that most Panera's have. The physical location is so so. Overall I love Panera's this one is just OK surprising since is located in Princeton.
Delicious! Our order was screwed up a couple of times and the manager made it right. Good experience!
Great food and great atmosphere I just wish there were more dairy free or vegan choices.
I go here all the time. Food is good and comes out quickly. I have never really had a serious issue with an order (sometimes wrong drink or something which was immediately corrected) out of over 100 visits. Decently clean, maybe a few crumbs or something at recently vacated tables. Bathrooms are nice. Service is friendly for the most part. My only complaint would be the ordering screens which sometimes have issues, but you can always just order at the counter.
