They do a good job with the pickup orders through the app. The food is always prepared on time and never had an issue with quality or errors. Suprising because they are always so busy during the lunch rush. Managers are helpful and the team is organized and fast.
Aldo & his team do a fantastic job in ensuring best customer experience at this Panera location. The hospitality along with the tasty & delicious food is what brings me back time and again to this wonderful location. The team here is always so passionate to make the dining experience a wonderful one for the customers. Very fast service and great food. The manager did a great job of making me feel welcome. I was passing through town, but I would definitely be a repeat customer if I lived nearby.
I came in with my wheelchair bound aunt and her aide and we were immediately greeted by the manager. He held the door open for us and was very helpful and personable towards us! Thank you very much to that manager who helped us out today, he deserves praise.....and a raise!
Manager AB (using first name initial letters to protect privacy) she’s so amazingly great at her job. Sometimes it’s the very small conversation that occurs that makes me even more excited to eat my food which is always made to perfection at this location. Shout out to the other guy manager when AB isn’t there, he always always smiles and says hi and I don’t feel like I’m being profiled so just shout out to the team at this location, great customer service, great food!
