I had the pleasure of dining at Salt Creek Grille in Princeton, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant itself is stunning—warm and inviting with rich brown wood decor that creates a cozy yet upscale atmosphere. Despite being quite busy for a Tuesday night, I was seated immediately, which I appreciated since I was in town on business and dining alone.
I ordered the BBQ ribs with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, and I have to say, the ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were smoky, tender, and fell right off the bone—absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the spinach was perfectly cooked, making for a well-rounded meal.
My waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the prices were fair for the quality of food and service. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We received a gift certificate from our son. We drove in from New York and we had a fantastic meal, what a great afternoon . the food was cooked to perfection, I am adding a couple of pictures.
I cannot wait to go back it is so worth the drive. Not to mention our server who was on point.

I have been to Salt Creek Grille for many of occasions. We went for Thanksgiving this year and again it never disappoints. Salt Creek has a wonderful dining atmosphere as well as a great menu. Each time we have gone I have never been disappointed with their food. Each and every time the food is made to perfection. The service here is amazing as each of the team members is part of your dining experience even if they aren’t your team member taking care of you. I highly recommend dining at Salt Creek if you’re looking for a total eating experience. Well done again Salt Creek .
