Apparently the Hispanic guy who does not want to give his name at 11:09 pm on march 24 2025 has a issue w customers because this is the second time he give me a attitude for getting my order wrong when I told him exactly what I ordered he got mad and closed the window on me. First and foremost the manager is rude and I’m talking about the late night one. They food is made sloppy, cold, and always wrong. I don’t understand why they take modifications when they don’t fix your meal the way you want it. Don’t come here don’t waste your money or time

Food was fast that's for sure. I do feel like half of my fries were gone. After asking me 3 times what sauce I wanted, they forgot anyway. Root beer was top notch.

Alright
I usually come here with no problem.
But on a day like today, food shouldn't be messed with.
I order a crispy chicken $5 biggie bag
And a regular order junior cheese burger (for someone else)
The order for myself... $5 biggie bag...
Had the contents of a BLT with a chicken patty smothered in cheese.
Obviously, cheese is not removal from picture below.
My dog enjoyed the Bacon.
I, however, cannot consume cheese.
So now my meal has gone down the drain
I spent money that I wouldn't see again nor could I enjoy it's worth...

Giving it a three because went through drive-thru and trying to get my order long because couldn't understand the young man didn't speak well at all in English, beyond difficult to understand and to keep repeating myself. Even wanted some extra stuff but since he wasn't understanding me it was so frustrating that I didn't even order everything else I would have liked. Other than that, food great as always. Just suggest that you put people in the window that can understand you and that the customer can understand as well
